- Shipping
Live, healthy arrival is guaranteed, providing the animal(s) are received and unpacked upon delivery. We must be notified within 4 hours of delivery if there is a problem. The animals leaving here are no less than 60 days old and have both eaten and defecated to ensure they are internally correct.
- Care
It is your responsibility to know how to care for the animal before it is purchased. Care sheets can be found on Nerd, Pro Exotics,vpi and else where.. Please read them thoroughly. We will give reasonable customer care and support for the love of the animals and your friendship.. But please keep in mind that life is busy and full of other joys..
- Gender
Sex determination is performed no less than one time to ensure that we are selling you the said gender; therefore, sex is also guaranteed.
- Payment Plans
Payment plans are available; conditions to be discussed with each customer prior to purchase. Several types of payments are accepted and one should fit your needs. A 20% deposit will hold the animal of your choice, however it is non-refundable, should you chose to back out. It can; however, be applied to another purchase at a later date, within reason. These are pretty standard rules and even enhanced for your benefit.
Important Note: Not all animals in the available section MAY be ready to go yet. NO animal will leave here until it is feeding to our satisfaction and it has deficated to ensure internal correctness.. No exceptions. This is to ensure you receive a healthy and hearty animal. You may reserve or purchase the animal and you will be notified when it is ready.
Prices Quoted: are SHIPPED prices unless otherwise stated..Meaning a 150.00 animal is costing you between 75-100 dollars..Shipping is done Fed ex overnite and is weather permitting..
